Equipment I Pack Around the Globe - Digital Nomad Life

I want to show you what my mobile home office looks like. This is an inside look at the equipment I pack around the globe so I can stay connected to my clients.

The only thing not in this photo is my iPhone 8 plus that I used to take this picture.

Apple MacBook Pro 13 inch

I made a choice early on to have nearly all Apple products and have been completely satisfied with this choice. All of my devices "talk" to each other - iPhone, iPad, and MacBook. I decided to go with the MacBook Pro due to how light weight it is and it's speed. I am constantly working on my website as well as the websites of several clients and need a laptop that can keep up with me. This MacBook has not let me down.

We. Stream - Premium Mobile WiFi Hotspot for International Travelers

As a digital nomad I have to always make sure I have a reliable solid internet connection. It would look less than professional if my client sessions drop so that is why I invested in a We. Stream. This handy remote wifi hotspot allows me to stay connected regardless of where I am in the world. This device works in 150 different countries, doesn't require a SIM, and offers bonus GB upon purchase. For a full review watch my video below.

PowerDeWise Lavalier Microphone Compatible with iPhone 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, XR, XS, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max

This is a new piece of equipment that I recently added to my arsenal. I needed something for recording videos and making sure my voice is loud and clear. I have only used it a couple times but I can already tell the difference in sound quality.

Joby GripTight Smartphone/Action Camera Flexible Tripod Stand Kit

This tripod is maybe my least favorite item out of this list. This tripod would be great for a smaller phone. Having a large iPhone 8 plus this tripod has a hard time gripping it and holding it up.

iPad Mini 5/ Mini 4 Keyboard Case - 7 Colors Backlit 360 Rotate 180 Flip Wireless Smart Folio Auto Sleep/Wake Hard Cover fit iPad Mini 5 2019(5th Gen)/ iPad Mini 4 2015, Black

This keyboard is multifunctional - it serves as a protecting cover to my iPad and is a keyboard. I like how it swivels open and close. The keyboard lights up so I can type in the dark. The keyboard is small and I am still learning how to type faster on it. Overall, it is a great addition to the equipment I utilize in my travels.

It was my day off when I recorded this so don't mind the tank :)

Apple iPad Mini 5 7.9 Gray 64 GB 2019 (Wi-Fi + Cellular)

The first trip to Nicaragua I discovered a problem I would not have even thought would be a problem. Pens die in humidity fast. I needed a better solution for note taking in the tropics. That is when I decided to purchase the iPad mini. It's small, doesn't way much and tucks away in my luggage easily. I downloaded the program notability and take all of my client notes through that program then I upload those notes on to my google drive.

Apple Pencil

It just made sense to get the apple pencil to go with my iPad. Reading reviews I decided to not go with a generic type of pencil. So far it has worked great.

24 Pocket Expandable File Organizer

I really like this file organizer because of how it packs down. Though next trip I do not think I will take it with me. I am stepping away from all paperwork and moving completely digital. I still recommend this if you are looking for something easy and space saving.

My Favorite Mug!

Nothing technical about this. I lovessss my Coach mug. It is oversized so I don't have to keep making trips to the coffee pot. I pack this mug every where I go.
